Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders on the TotoPet platform at any time before the start date of the booking.
Each cancellation must include a reason, either from the client or the pet sitter, which will be provided in the message section at the end of the cancellation process.
Order Modification by the Client
If a client wishes to modify the details of an already placed order, they must contact the pet sitter to reach an agreement regarding the new reservation details.
The client will message the pet sitter with the updated information for the order modification.
